New Rescue Pup
This little guy is just 10.5 months old. He is new in rescue and he is a very special little dog. He doesn't have usable front legs. We are looking into getting a wheelchair from Eddie's Wheels for him and also into whether surgery can fix the one leg that is twisted.

I am so glad to see Stumpy will be getting extra special attention! He is an amazing little guy. He looks a bit hesitant in the pics and we hope he is adjusting ok, because he was so deeply attached to his human dad. (same for the other dogs he was accepted with.) We have met him a couple of times and fell isntantly in love, but could not offer the resources he needed. Don't let those front legs fool you, his heart and spirit are those of a true border collie. He does not see himself as a "poor little thing" he wants to be challenged and is up for new adventures. He was actually very curious about our sheep and sat up and barked at them the very first time he saw them. Had he been allowed to, we suspect that he would have tried to herd, so do not underestimate this little guy, because you have not seen amazing just yet!

This guy is so beautiful. I hope he soon will get all the love he deserves. Has anyone seeked medical care for him before? I look forward to hearing more about him.

He just makes me want to cry. He's beautiful. I wish him well.
